Sara is a contemporary applied artist who creates three dimensional surface pieces. She takes her inspiration from environments and nature, focusing on worn surfaces. The surface is always there, just waiting to be discovered, and used to its full potential. It is this potential that draws her to the surface. Her aim is to take these so called eye sores and turn it into something aesthetically beautiful. She mainly works with paper, screen printing, layering and hand and machine cutting.

Drawings.....
I picked out some of my particularly strong photoraphs that i had taken and began experimenting with diffrent ways of depicting the image,from size, colour and chosen medium. Here are some of my favourites.
