I would like to start by showing you my work from last year, which was a project produced for the Waterfront museum. The project was all based around the 'Helwick' boat held in swansea bay, but i was focusing on worn surfaces so the imagery used were all tired, decaying, degrading and eroding areas of the boat. I worked towards creating 3-dimensionality: space, depth and texture witin a 2-d flat surface.

| I wanted to focus on using and experimenting with printmaking techniques so i worked with mono-printing, screen-printing and etching. | | |

| I also experimented with types of papers (textured, recycled, tissue) which led me to explore layering and order of the prints. |
